The Young Adult Resilience Program (YARP) is a six-week, evidence-informed small-group program created by Dr. Victor Mensah to help participants develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and build practical skills for lifelong mental wellness.
YARP is offered in two age-specific groups to foster meaningful discussion and developmentally appropriate experiences:
Dr. Victor Mensah is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of complex mood and personality disorders and advanced interventional psychiatric treatments. In recognition of his exceptional commitment to education and mentorship, he was honored with the 2026 Outstanding Faculty Award by the New York County Psychiatric Society for his dedication to training resident physicians. His passion for mentorship extends beyond medical education and inspired the creation of YARP.
Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain a personalized, interactive experience where every participant has the opportunity to engage, reflect, and grow.
Take the first step toward greater resilience and lasting personal growth. Spaces are limited. Contact us today to learn more or reserve your place in the next YARP cohort.
